Samples:
We’re happy to provide up to $10 worth of random samples at no charge so that you can see a product before you order.
Setup Fees:
A setup fee will apply to all new orders for 1 color and 1 location imprint. Run charges will apply for each additional color and imprint location.
Reorder Fees:
All exact reorders that are within a 2-year order cycle may incur a reorder fee. Any exact reorders placed after 2 years from the initial order will incur a new order setup fee. Run charges and PMS match fees are still applicable.
Artwork:
We accept .ai, .eps, .pdf and .jpeg files. Vector art is preferred with all fonts converted to outlines but if not available we will create art for you at no charge. Artwork is kept on file for 2 years. Proofs are provided and charges may apply after third artwork change.
Rush Service:
Rush service is available on many of our products. Call for details and pricing.
Payments:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, ACH, or checks.
All new customers must prepay their first order with the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, ACH, or checks.
Shipping:
Shipment time
is estimated. We are no longer able to use shipping via customers’ shipping accounts. FOB
factory via Fed Ex and/or freight charges will be included on your invoice.
Cancellations:
Customer is responsible for all material and labor cost incurred prior to cancellation and will be billed accordingly. All cancellations must be in writing.
Claims/Return Policy:
Although we strive for excellence, there are times when a customer may not find satisfaction with a product. Under these circumstances, all potential returns must be submitted for review within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Return merchandise will not be accepted without written consent.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Any damage or discrepancy in count of merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the order or the claim will not be honored.
